Myeongjisan itineraries
Falls, then the summit
You start beside the stream, count log steps up the last kilometre, and get ridges rolling away on every side at the top. Then pajeon and makgeolli at the bottom.
Ridge up, valley down
Day one is the traverse: up the Baekdun-ri ridge, down past Seungcheonsa. Day two loosens the legs with a valley stroll and a bowl of pine-nut noodles.
Falls, ridge, arboretum
Day one wakes your legs with noodles and the falls, day two takes the Baekdun-ri ridge to the top, and day three is the arboretum and a café with a mountain view.
