From the Seowongok entrance in Gyobang-dong the path follows a valley past a spring near Baegunsa before the climb starts. Higher up you step onto the ridge, meet the rock of Hakbong, and join the south ridge for about 20 more minutes to the top. The summit takes 1h50 to 2h10. A loop back via Seomajigi runs about 3.5 hours.
