Mireuksan itineraries
Yonghwasa to the summit
Walk up from a temple yard, see the island sea from the top, come down to the quiet temple on the south side and finish with a market soup. Under three hours on foot, so it fits half a day.
Cable car up, walk down
Day one saves your legs with the cable car and walks down so you keep the sea in view. Day two is light: the south temple, the island-tip park and honey bread.
Quiet trail and an island
Climb the quieter Mireuksa side, take a boat to Hansando on day two, and ride the cable car on the last morning for one more look.
