A rock lookout where, the legend goes, an immortal rested before rising to heaven. The boardwalk stairs climb steeply from the entrance, and at the top Jeombongsan and the main Seorak ridge stack up beyond the Osaek valley. In autumn the gorge below turns red all at once. The viewing spot is small, so on busy days you wait your turn.
