Jaeyaksan itineraries
Pyochungsa to Suminbong
The classic day: start at the Pyochungsa car park, cross the silver-grass plateau, touch the summit marker and come down to a hot lunch.
Cable car to the grass
Day one saves your legs with the cable car and a trip to the plateau; day two is a slow round of pool and temple. Good if long climbs worry you.
Summit, Ulsan, grass
Day one is the full climb from Pyochungsa, day two a rest day with an Ulsan temple and bulgogi, day three an easy cable car visit to the grass.
