Park at the Hwaak Tunnel and climb over the Silunhyeon pass to Jungbong, about 4 hours round trip by most accounts. When the forest ends the grassy ridge opens, with Aegibong, Sudeoksan and Myeongjisan lined up. The summit is a fenced military zone, so you only look.
