The flagship of the black-pork place that most Jeju itineraries name first. The meat is aged, cut thick, and a staff member grills it for you at the table. Cuts like bone-in loin, bone-in neck and the premium 'Two Hundred Years' line fill the menu, and most tables finish with flounder-sashimi cold noodles or hairtail-roe fried rice. There are several branches, but reviews keep saying the main one is the best.
