From Gapsa the path climbs past Yongmun Falls to Geumjandi Pass and on to Sambulbong. The avenue into Gapsa is the reddest in autumn. After the falls the stone steps take your breath, and at the pass the ridge opens at once. Allow about two and a half hours for the 3.8 km up.
