A samgyetang shop that says one bowl takes three days. The chicken is steamed in a siru for a moist bite and the broth simmers 24 hours. You pick pine nut, mung bean or mugwort as the topping. Braised chicken and roast chicken are also on the menu. It joined the Bib Gourmand list in 2026.
