Jinmi Pyeongyang Naengmyeon in Nonhyeon is built on chef Yim Se-kwon’s long years in naengmyeon kitchens. Buckwheat noodles lead, backed by boiled meat, bulgogi, dumplings and Pyeongyang-style beef pot.
