The trail starts at the Neunggang bridge car park and follows the valley upstream. Stone cairns line the path, and past Mandangam and Chwijeokdae a boulder field leads to Eoreumgol, where ice is said to form even in summer. There is hardly any climb, so many people come just for the valley air and skip the summit. Turning back at Eoreumgol makes a round trip of a little over 11 km.
