From the Dumo village lot the path climbs the Paldaeseon ridge past Jwaseondae and Ssanghongmun to Boriam and the summit tower. The way down passes Aegibong and the Puppy Rock and drops back to Dumo. Heavy granite ridges lead to Boriam, and taking them head-on means using your hands a lot. It is a loop, so unlike the traverse you end where the car is.
