Eungbongsan itineraries
Eungbongsan summit loop
Out of the control post behind Deokgu Onsen, up the ridge to the summit marker, then down along the stream: 12.6 km, and a hot soak waits at the bottom.
Deokgu and Deokpung pools
Day one is a slow walk up the Deokgu stream to the Wontang footbath, then a night at the onsen. Day two crosses to Samcheok for the jade-green pools of Deokpung valley.
Three days, both sides
Samcheok’s Deokpung pools on day one, the summit on day two, a stream walk and the harbour at Jukbyeon on day three. You touch both sides of the mountain and finish at the sea.
