An old sujebi house on the Samcheong-dong road that has made its name on one bowl. The anchovy broth is clean with no fishy edge, and the dough is torn thin so it slides down easily. A potato pancake made from nothing but grated potato is the usual partner. It has appeared on the Michelin Guide's affordable list.
