Chuwolsan itineraries
Boriam and the top
The standard Chuwolsan day: up the Boriam stairs, over to the summit, back down, then bamboo-rice lunch and a sweet doughnut to finish.
Full loop and the town
Day one spends your legs on the 8.5 km loop and ends in a guesthouse in town. Day two is a loose drive past the dam and the river source, finished with noodles.
Lake, peak, onsen, bamboo
Lake walk first, peak second, an onsen soak to recover, then bamboo and tree-lined avenues around Damyang town on the last day.
