It is 1.5 km from the car park to the Boriam fork, then stairs and rock take over. The deck in front of Boriam opens the whole of Damyang Lake. The summit lies farther along the ridge, with the Honam crest running on behind the marker. Allow about 3.5 hours for roughly 6 km round trip.
