A noodle shop in the lanes between Busosanseong fortress and the Gudeurae ferry landing. The buckwheat noodles are cut to order and come soft, in a broth that leans clearly sour. A plate of sliced boiled pork softens that edge, and regulars order the two together. Lunch lines get long but tables turn fast.
