Past the restaurants at the valley mouth in Palhyeon-ri, a small waterfall marks the start of the real trail. Stay with the main stream and you rarely lose the way. In spring wildflowers carpet the slopes and photographers come for them. Many people climb to the summit and come back by Dolphin Spring. The grade is gentler than the Hopyeong side.
