The classic climb to Daegyeonsa and the azalea ridge

The walk starts at the recreation-forest car park and follows a wide forest road up to Daegyeonsa. The grade is gentle and the track is wide, so first-timers manage fine. Higher up the trees open onto the ridge meadow, and in late April it is smothered in azalea. The Daegyeonsa pagoda is the end point.
