Start at Binesogol in Ungyo-ri, climb past the helipad and Peak 1280 to the summit, then come down by the Meokgol fork to the Meokgol parking lot. It is the shortest of the through routes, but the first stretch up Binesogol is steep and breathless. Near the top the ridge turns to bare rock and you will use your hands. The Meokgol side down is easy going.
