This starts in Jejang village in Jeongseon, climbs the old Chiljokryeong pass and then follows the ridge to the summit. Chiljokryeong was the path linking Jejang with Munhui in Pyeongchang, and it is now a designated scenic site. The river lies open below the pass, so you will linger there longer than at the summit. If you carry on over the top and down to Munhui, it becomes a crossing between the two villages.
