From the plum orchard by the Seomjin it is 80 minutes to Jjotbisan (538 m), then more than 8 km of ridge to Maebong (869 m) and a last 3.6 km up to the summit. The whole route is 14.6 km and about eight and a half hours. It is the longest of the official Baegunsan courses and climbs from the river valley all the way to 1,222 m.
