A bean-sprout gukbap shop in Jorye-dong with a clear, cooling broth. A poached egg and roasted seaweed come separately, so you add them as you like. Blanched squid and pork bulgogi are the usual sides, and reviewers mention bits of braised beef in the bowl. You can set the spice level, so it works with kids. It opens at 6am and gets plenty of breakfast traffic.
